I’m a senior marketing manager & content strategist

  • My background in corrective exercise, injury prevention, behavior change, and nutrition informs how i think about health not as a product—but as access, sustainability, and long-term wellbeing.

  • i’m especially interested in work that builds power, access, and long-term participation in recreation and wellness for communities historically excluded from mainstream fitness and wellness culture—including disabled communities, individuals with diverse mobility needs, and those marginalized by race, class, body norms, and systemic access to care.

  • i bring a strategic, design-literate approach to brand education and storytelling—grounded in evidence, shaped by culture, and accountable to the people impacted.

I design content and narrative systems that help brands teach, not just promote. Messaging structures and educational resources build trust and understanding so brands can truly own their product category over time. The goal is educational content that respects audience intelligence and earns genuine attention rather than clamor for it.

Content Strategy

Helping brands decide what they are doing and why. Positioning, point-of-view, and clear choices to eliminate noise and define what success looks like. From there, we work backward to draw the map of how we get there.



 
 

Campaign Activation & Project Management

I lead campaigns from planning through delivery across digital and partner channels, with an emphasis on coherence and longevity. I’m highly organized and strategic in campaign activation. I manage timelines, feedback, and collaboration so projects move forward without chaos or constant course correction. This allows creative and strategic work to stay focused instead of getting lost in the process.

Visual Direction & Brand Expression

I align visual expression with strategy & language so work is cohesive and fresh. I guide aesthetic decisions in partnership with designers collaborating on imagery, layout and look in a way that respects their craft and trusts their talent. I’m less interested in trends and more interested in developing a unique and ownable point-of-view with cultural longevity.

 
 

Writing

I work directly on copy—brand language, campaign messaging, long-form content, and education—shaping tone and structure so ideas land cleanly. I’m especially strong when subject matter is complex, technical, or easily mishandled.

Culture & Relevance

I pay close attention to how culture moves in real time—across class, community, and context. Grounded by my working-class South Minneapolis roots + current home; informed by experience with established lifestyle brands, I work with diverse teams to navigate real cultural presence and moral positioning—centering credibility, accountability, and respect over borrowed aesthetics, empty statements, or shallow signaling.

Building Now

My current health and wellness work lives at Cipresso e Palma, an independent project focused on movement, mindset, and what matters most. It’s where I explore strength, corrective exercise, nutrition, and recovery—and how to make moving more and moving better accessible for every body.
